Ivy, looks good- you need to make sure that you are looking at substances which have the SAME variables. Eg... do JUST water to start with and have it at 5 degrees and 35 degrees like you have said- but it's also better to have a range of temperatures between those two so that you can have a look at any trends.
If you have time to look at it, you can look at sugar water... so vary the amount of sugar you have in your water and then vary the temperatures again (so you'd have 5 g of sugar and use temepratures between 5 and 35 again).
